The practice of Thai Massage blends the positioning and stretching of yoga with acupressure, rhythmic muscle compression, and tracing of energy lines. Thai is performed with the client fully clothed and lying on a mat on the floor.

Thai massage opens and creates space within the body,  creating the freedom to move harmoniously.

Myofascial Release

Fascia is the connective webbing that surrounds and infuses every structure of the human body.  Through trauma, inflammation and postural imbalances, fascia may become shortened, locking in imbalances.  Release of these areas of fascial tension can relieve pain and restore functionality.

Myofascial release may be performed on a massage table or on the floor.  Myofascial release involves skin to skin contact.

Services are provided at $65 per hour
